My first two months at ZENJOB


My major attraction to Zenjob was the business model & its Core Values. In my first 2 months of being a part of the company, I have seen Zenjob live out its values. Let me clarify this by reviewing how each value has impacted my knowledge.

Helpful: From my day one, I had the chance to meet experienced and intelligent recruiters, Chris Brown, the VP P&C, Chris Dawson and Patrick Mondberger. Patrick took me through Zenjob’s recruiting processes and gave me a book (who) which explains in-depth of the Recruitment process. Chris Dawson allowed me to shadow and take notes at his interviews. Within my first month, I was allowed to take my 1st stage interview and right now I’ve almost forgotten I just joined Zenjob.

Humble: My boss Chris Brown is not only approachable but humble enough to ask for my feedback and acts on them. Humility made the concept of Flat Hierarchy possible at Zenjob.

Hungry: When you work with hungry people, you also become hungry. Zenjob has elevated my professional desire to a passion through its quest for more. No matter how professional tall you think you are, Zenjob will encourage you to grow taller.

Honest: Receiving honest feedback from my managers and colleagues have been a major tool for my development. Honesty is the internal watchword here at Zenjob.
