Your role in our team:

As a Staffing Coordinator in Account Management you are part of an exciting new department, which is responsible for directly placing student staff on a long-term basis. As part of your work, you will build and develop a close bond with your customers. You are responsible for the implementation of customer orders, from needs analysis and planning to concluding the contract. These include interviewing and selecting suitable personnel as well as providing information and operational support. In addition, you take care of operational planning and quality assurance during the leasing period. You will also be involved in a range of internal projects. For your first 8 weeks we will provide you with an experienced "Buddy", who will give you plenty of advice and assistance to get you started. After this initial period we will of course provide you with all the support you need to reach your goals. In Account Management we stick together, even when the going gets tough. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, but still have fun at work. Above all, we celebrate our successes together, and in case of setbacks, we support each other.

You are:

A knowledge carrier: You have laid the foundations for a successful career with a business-related degree or successfully completed vocational training (Ausbildung). In addition, you have already gained experience in staffing, recruiting or customer service.

A gifted communicator: You enjoy dealing with people and can interact with different stakeholders in German and English.

A fan of digitization: You bring with you a high level of technical affinity and you have already gained some experience in dealing with personal disposition systems.

An organizational talent: You work solution-oriented, independently and can quickly learn new things.
