Zenjob is looking for an experienced National Enterprise Sales Manager to drive our businesses at large contract customers. Zenjob has huge ambitions to re-invent flexible work across Europe as the next generation in temporary staffing.  In this role, you will play a critical and strategic function leading our growing sales team to succeed in the Enterprise customer segment. In this role, you will directly develop and manage Zenjob sales in a portfolio of industries and customers at National Germany level.  You will also lead the development of large contract capability building across our sales teams as well as other functions for your assigned industries.  This role is part of Zenjob’s Sales management team, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue officer, a key contributor to Zenjob’s overall commercial strategy and execution.

How you’ll contribute

  • Strategic Sales responsibility for Enterprise sales (large contracts) for a portfolio of industries and customers 
  • Develop and build long term relationships and business with Enterprise accounts, including stakeholders at all levels, as well as other key influencers in the relevant industries
  • Structure and manage a small direct team to develop these accounts and also more broadly develop Zenjobs capabilities, effectiveness, and portfolio
  • Establish capability and win in co-supplier, tender offers, and master vendor contracts
  • Continuous revenue and profit creation by identifying, developing, and expanding new business opportunities.  
  • Account strategy, planning, analysis, and forecasting, and continuous learning and improvement
  • Understand the account  and industry dynamics, business needs, competitive landscape
  • Identify account and industry insights and levers for Zenjob to consistently win new business and delight our customers, partner with marketing and product teams to improve the effectiveness
  • Support Zenjob’s city expansion across Germany in your portfolio 
  • Ensure pricing, policies, compliance, and cost controls are strictly followed in your portfolio and team
  • As a member of the sales MT you will proactively steer and alert on opportunities and challenges to achieve our strategic objectives throughout the customer journey

What you bring

  • 8+ years of relevant sales leadership experience including direct experience in the German temp work industry
  • Deep understanding and strong track record in Enterprise sales, tender offers / RFPs, co-supplier and master vendor contract processes
  • Working knowledge of sales enablement tools and processes including SFDC and account planning
  • Ability to build strong trusting relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels, industry influencers, and internally with sales reps, leaders, and cross-functionally
  • Strong analytical, planning, and team leadership skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a strategic self-starter who can recruit, build, lead and motivate teams, drive adoption as well as ‘roll up the sleeves’ and make things happen
