Our Purpose at Zenjob is to “Empower the workforce of the future”.  Zenjob is looking for an experienced Operations Manager (w/m/d) to develop and run Zenjob’s Talent training program as well as equip our Talent with all they need for success.   Zenjob has huge ambitions to re-invent flexible work across Europe as the next generation in temporary staffing.  Through tech, we dramatically simplify and improve the experience both for our Talent, and the companies where they work, our customers.  

You will create ever growing and scalable training programs for our Talents as you lead the T&E team, work with external providers, and work cross functionally for the best possible Talent experience.  You are obsessed with developing our Talents not only to meet specific job requirements but also to develop themselves and their careers while with Zenjob.  Your excellent management skills will help to successfully grow and enable a highly motivated team to reach their full potential. 

How you’ll contribute

  • Create a vision, strategy, and plan to build scalable Training & Enablement (T&E) programs 
  • Conduct extensive research to gain insights for our short term and long term strategy, connecting Talent needs with the industries and roles they will serve
  • Execute our day to day T&E program, while driving continuous learning and improvement
  • Evaluate, initiate, and run strategic partnerships with external vendors to broaden and deliver on program objectives
  • Recruit, manage and develop a growing team
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all T&E processes and KPIs
  • Convert manual operational tasks into automated features and broaden e-learning and e-delivery of equipment and enablement items
  • Continuously broaden and deepen training programs both strategically and tactically responding to customer needs
  • Work cross functionally, connecting with the B2B team on customer needs and roadmaps, as well as the marketing and product teams on Talent experience and delivery

What you bring

  • 5+ years of relevant B2C operations, project and people management experiences in a fast growing organization
  • Highly passionate about our company purpose to “Empower the workforce of the future”
  • Capable to create and drive scalable training programs 
  • You are a fast learner and you like to think outside the box
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work across teams
  • Strong communication skills in English and German
  • A lot of energy, motivation  and hands on management skills - being an example for your team and all your colleagues
  • You have team management experience and know that empathy and development are key to setting up your team for success
