In your role as Senior Tech Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to make an impact by thinking differently, and deliberately, in how we recruit. If you’ve already established a strong engineering & product recruiting culture in your previous companies and are now looking for a change of pace and scenery, we’d love to talk with you.

 How You’ll Contribute:

  • Working closely with our CTO/Founder and Director of Product to set and define best hiring standards for their teams
  • Elevate Zenjob’s brand in the market to support us in becoming a recognisable employer for top engineering and product talent
  • Own the full life-cycle recruiting for engineering and product candidates, from outreach right through to offer stage
  • Build talent pools and establishing ongoing ways of nurturing these relationships
  • Research and identify relevant meetups, conferences and events
  • Be an active partner with other members of the People & Culture Team.

 

About you:

You are passionate about your craft, having proven experience recruiting for tech and product roles, owning the full life-cycle of hiring. You build trust with your hiring partners and can communicate in a clear and engaging way regardless of the audience. You strive for outstanding candidate experience and hold others to the same high standard. You are comfortable prioritizing your workload in line with your hiring manager's expectations. You enjoy developing others and sharing your knowledge and learnings that benefit those around you. You work as effectively in a team as you do on your own and are hungry to share other people's successes, as well as your own.

It's not only important what you do with your body, but what you put into it. Twice a week fresh fruit is delivered to the office and every Friday we also have our yummy company lunch. That said, the customary birthday cake or treats brought back from holiday are definitely hard to say no to.
